Your Privacy Choices

Use this page to submit privacy requests concerning Doku on iOS, Android, or the web.

Depending on where you live, choices may include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, appeal, or opt-out of processing legally defined as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Not every right applies in every location, and some essential processing is required to provide or secure Doku.

What to include

• The type of request: access, correction, deletion, opt-out, appeal, or another applicable right.
• The email address and sign-in method associated with your Doku account, if applicable.
• Your country and state or region of residence.
• Enough detail for us to understand and locate the relevant account or data.

For a guest request, include the guest identifier only if Doku provides a safe way to view it. Do not send passwords, payment details, government identity documents, or authentication tokens by ordinary email. We may request proportionate verification through a secure method and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Device-level controls

iPhone and iPad. Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking controls whether Doku may access IDFA for cross-app tracking. Notification, microphone, camera, and photo access can be changed in the Doku section of iOS Settings. Denying App Tracking Transparency permission does not disable essential analytics, security, or data you ask Doku to process.

Android. Device settings allow you to manage notification and microphone permissions and, depending on Android version and manufacturer, reset or delete the Advertising ID under privacy or ads controls. This limits availability of that identifier but may not disable essential analytics, fraud prevention, Install Referrer, or requested service processing.

Where Doku presents an in-app consent or privacy control, that control applies to the analytics, attribution, or other SDK processing identified in the control. If a requested opt-out is not available in-app, contact us using the request path above.

Account deletion and other requests

Account and data deletion is handled through the in-app deletion path or our Account and Data Deletion page. Other data practices, recipients, retention, and rights are described in the Doku Privacy Notice.

A privacy-choice request does not automatically delete an account, and deleting the app from a device does not submit a deletion request.
